Remote IRS Compliance & Tax Research (CPA – India)

About the role

We are looking for Certified Public Accountants (India) with strong expertise in U.S. tax to support AI training and evaluation projects. This fully remote contract position involves applying your knowledge of U.S. tax laws to review, interpret, and improve AI‑generated tax content.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret U.S. tax laws, including the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Treasury Regulations.
• Evaluate U.S. tax documents and individual tax returns (Form 1040) for accuracy and compliance.
• Create clear explanations and summaries of complex tax concepts.
• Identify inconsistencies and provide expert feedback to enhance AI model performance.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Active Certified Public Accountant (India) qualification.
• 4–10 years of experience in U.S. tax and IRS compliance.
• Strong knowledge of the IRC, Treasury Regulations, and Form 1040.
• Experience interpreting legal and tax‑related documents.
• Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex statutory language.
