Returns Specialist

About the role

The Returns Specialist is responsible for managing client product returns, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining strong relationships with customers and manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Process client returns to company stock and suppliers using in‑house software (AX, MS Outlook).
• Apply for and manage supplier Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers.
• Ship appropriate products to suppliers and maintain zero open RMAs older than 60 days.
• Communicate with customers and manufacturers via fax, email, or telephone to facilitate smooth returns.
• Transfer stock between bins or warehouses using the processing system.
• Coordinate deliveries with couriers and liaise with internal departments.
• Support picking, packing, invoicing, cycle counting, and stock takes.
• Drive continuous improvements in quality and cycle time.

Required profile

• BBA or MBA in Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–2 years of supply chain experience; procurement experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working with US vendors or in the retail computer hardware/software industry preferred.
