RMA Technical Support Engineer

About the role

The RMA Technical Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining returned or faulty equipment, providing on‑site technical assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair customer‑returned products and faulty machines.
• Develop and update maintenance manuals and case studies to improve service efficiency.
• Analyze maintenance data to drive product quality improvements.
• Coordinate resources to resolve after‑sales complaints and optimise internal processes.
• Deliver training and guidance on equipment repair and maintenance.
• Plan, track and adjust overall project delivery schedules.
• Lead on‑site project implementation, provide technical support and ensure project acceptance.
• Collect, compile and manage project documentation, and share lessons learned.
• Identify project risks and coordinate internal and external resources for efficient collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or related fields.
• Familiarity with electronic and electrical concepts and common measurement instruments.
• Ability to read and analyse circuit schematics.
• Proficiency with standard office software.
• Previous experience in maintenance or craftsmanship is a plus.
