Sales and Marketing Associate

About the role

Refine Success is a Lahore‑based financial services firm offering capital, advisory and digital solutions to individuals, SMEs and corporates across Pakistan. The Sales and Marketing Associate will represent the company to grow client relationships, build a pipeline across target segments and communicate product value to drive revenue and client success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients across retail, SME and corporate segments through research, outreach and networking.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
• Deliver product presentations and tailored proposals for working‑capital, advisory and digital finance offerings.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, coordinating with credit, legal and delivery teams for compliant onboarding.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast pipeline and report on performance metrics.
• Generate leads via digital channels, referrals and field outreach, nurturing relationships for repeat business.
• Ensure compliance, confidentiality and adherence to internal policies when handling client information.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in financial services, banking, fintech or related B2B/B2C environments with a record of achieving targets.
• Consultative selling, negotiation, proposal preparation and deal‑closing skills.
• Experience in territory planning, lead generation, CRM management and pipeline forecasting.
• Basic understanding of corporate finance, working‑capital products, risk assessment and advisory services.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to explain financial products to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Professional certifications in sales, finance or marketing and 3+ years of relevant experience are preferred.
