Sales and Service Engineer – Industrial Refrigeration

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Service Engineer to drive growth in our Industrial Refrigeration Division. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver complete solutions—from proposal to installation and after‑sales support—for a range of industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across cold storage, food processing, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations and tender submissions tailored to customer requirements.
• Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Install, commission, troubleshoot and maintain industrial refrigeration systems and associated equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and refrigeration faults, including ammonia (NH₃) and Freon systems.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors and internal engineering teams throughout project execution.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations and quality requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while providing high‑quality technical support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in industrial refrigeration, HVAC‑R, cold‑storage or industrial cooling systems.
• Strong knowledge of ammonia (NH₃) and Freon refrigeration technologies.
• Proven ability to manage sales cycles and deliver technical service in an industrial environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves and control systems.
• Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
• Electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis in industrial refrigeration systems.
• Preparation of technical proposals, quotations and tender documentation.
