About the role

IBSTEC is seeking an experienced Sales Closer to join its sales team in Gulberg V, Lahore. The role focuses on converting inbound and qualified outbound leads from the USA and Canada markets into closed deals while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and qualified outbound leads.
• Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs.
• Present products and services professionally.
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate sales records.
• Collaborate with lead generation and sales teams to maximize conversions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of sales‑closing experience in the USA or Canada market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Confident, professional phone manner.
• Highly motivated, target‑oriented, and results‑driven.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, merchant services, SaaS, or similar US/Canada campaigns is a plus.
