Sales Closer / Team Lead

About the role

Red Vision Experts Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results‑driven Sales Closer / Team Lead to drive high‑value international sales and lead a dynamic sales team. The role combines hands‑on closing of deals with mentoring and performance management of team members.

Key responsibilities

• Close high‑value deals and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Coach team members on objection handling, sales techniques and closing strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators, call quality and daily sales performance.
• Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and overall team productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales, BPO sales or digital marketing sales.
• Proven track record of consistently closing deals and exceeding targets.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a sales team (preferred).
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication abilities.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to perform under pressure.
