About the role
RepairDesk is looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to fuel its SaaS pipeline. You will be the first point of contact for outbound prospects, turning initial interest into qualified meetings for the Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Execute multi‑channel outreach (personalised email sequences, cold calls, and social selling on platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp).
- Qualify leads using discovery calls and frameworks like MEDDIC.
- Schedule discovery meetings and product demos for the AE team.
- Maintain 100% accurate activity and prospect data in Zoho CRM.
- Leverage AI tools for pre‑call research and administrative automation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve SQL quality.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience in sales development or a fast‑paced, similar environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High activity level – 150‑200 outreach attempts daily.
- Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Strong time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
