Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

My Tutor Source (MTS) is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its growing sales team in Lahore. The SDR will focus on identifying and qualifying prospective clients, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for building client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads through inbound calls.
• Conduct inbound prospecting to engage potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, challenges, and decision‑making processes.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Executives and the Sales Manager to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
• Achieve individual KPIs related to lead generation, outreach, and meeting bookings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Development or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
