Sales Engineer – Industrial Automation & Machinery

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to promote and sell industrial automation, machine vision, coding & marking, labeling, inspection, and packaging machinery solutions to manufacturing customers across Pakistan. The role combines technical understanding of industrial processes with strong commercial acumen to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and build relationships with engineering, production, maintenance, and procurement teams.
• Understand customer requirements, present technical solutions, and conduct product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and support contract negotiations.
• Maintain CRM and sales records, follow up on open opportunities, and close orders.
• Promote new products, attend exhibitions, seminars, and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Business with strong technical aptitude.
• Up to 3 years of experience in industrial sales, technical support, or automation machinery sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage engineers and management teams.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and willing to travel.
