About the role

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective and existing customers through assigned campaign channels.
• Verify customer information, eligibility, needs, and service details accurately.
• Explain telecommunications products, plans, and campaign offers clearly and professionally.
• Convert qualified prospects into confirmed sales while meeting quality and compliance standards.
• Handle objections, answer questions, and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Record interactions, sales outcomes, and verification details accurately in company systems.
• Meet individual and team targets for conversions, quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to resolve customer or process issues.

Required profile
