About the role

The Sales General Manager will lead the sales function for TAJ Residencia, a project of Sardar Group of Companies. Reporting to senior management, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth across housing society plots, residential and commercial real‑estate projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, supervise and motivate a team of 15 sales professionals to maximise performance.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, investors, dealers and business partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to adapt sales approaches.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, performance reports and analyses for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and launch promotional campaigns supporting sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
  • Oversee sales funnel management and pipeline progression to ensure consistent lead conversion.

Required profile

  • Proven senior‑level experience in sales strategy and team leadership within the real‑estate sector.
  • Deep knowledge of housing society, residential and commercial property markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce forecasts and performance reports.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
