Sales Manager – Lead Inbound Sales Team for UK Legal Client

About the role

Shape Solutions, a digital agency in Islamabad, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the inbound sales team serving Axis Solicitors, a UK law firm. You will be responsible for driving the team’s performance, ensuring rapid response to leads and converting them into booked consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage the sales team handling inbound leads for the Axis Solicitors account.
• Own weekly and monthly booking and conversion targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
• Monitor speed‑to‑lead, call quality and follow‑up discipline; conduct regular call reviews and coaching sessions.
• Maintain accurate pipelines in the GoHighLevel CRM, ensuring proper notes, stages and outcomes for every lead.
• Develop and refine call scripts, follow‑up sequences and overall sales processes.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management and the client.
• Handle escalations with empathy, especially for callers dealing with sensitive immigration or family matters.
• Support hiring, onboarding and training of new sales executives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Fluent, confident spoken and written English.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and improving team conversion rates.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to build reports and make decisions from numbers.
• Comfortable working a UK‑aligned shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM PKT, Mon‑Fri).

Required skills

• Strong command of CRMs and pipeline management; GoHighLevel experience is a plus.
