Sales Manager – New Energy Storage (Pakistan)

About the role

The company is looking for a motivated and well‑organized Sales Manager to lead the expansion of its new energy storage portfolio in Pakistan. You will be responsible for driving sales of industrial and commercial energy storage systems, smart micro‑grids and EV‑charging solutions, building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the customer base for energy‑related products, including agents and end‑users, establishing long‑term cooperative relationships.
• Analyse customer needs, design sales strategies and plans, and convert opportunities into signed projects.
• Conduct market research, attend industry exhibitions, gather competitive intelligence and produce market analysis reports.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, delivery scheduling and after‑sales support, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in power, energy, automation, international trade or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in new‑energy or energy‑storage products.
• Proven ability to independently prospect, negotiate and close projects in a market‑driven environment.
• Strong self‑motivation, result orientation and a high sense of market sensitivity.
