Sales Representative – Estimation Campaign (Construction)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our construction estimation campaign. The role focuses on generating leads, pitching services to international clients and building lasting relationships. You will work night shifts at our I8 Markaz office and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads via calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Pitch estimation services to international clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Understand client needs and offer customized solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B / BPO sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Must be located in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong persuasion and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
• Comfortable with night‑shift and onsite work.
