About the role

Global Nexus is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to support a USA‑based customer service campaign. The position operates on a night shift from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM and is based in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for US customers, delivering high‑quality service.
• Promote products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the system.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly while adhering to quality standards.

Required profile

• Prior call‑center experience is preferred.
• Excellent English speaking and listening skills.
• Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
• Professional telephone etiquette and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work well in a team.
