Sales Team Lead – US Tax & Accounting Services

About the role

Core Edge Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to head a dedicated sales group focused on the US tax and accounting services market. You will mentor, motivate and develop a high‑performing team while driving lead generation and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach a sales team of BPO/telesales professionals.
• Train members on prospecting, cold calling, objection handling and appointment setting.
• Design and execute strategies to generate qualified US‑market leads.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance, KPIs and conversion rates.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions and training workshops.
• Ensure accurate communication of US tax and accounting service offerings.
• Collaborate with tax and product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, BPO, telesales or business development.
• Proven track record of leading or supervising a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of US‑based sales campaigns and market dynamics.
• Experience with cold‑calling, lead generation, appointment setting and CRM processes.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage performance metrics.
• Experience in US tax, accounting or financial services is a strong advantage.
