Salesforce Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and other Salesforce products. The role involves translating business requirements into robust technical architectures while ensuring best‑practice compliance and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end Salesforce architecture and solution strategy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Define technical architecture, data models, integration patterns and security models.
• Lead solution design workshops and provide technical leadership to developers and administrators.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events and middleware.
• Review code and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
• Guide CI/CD strategy and DevOps implementation.
• Evaluate new Salesforce releases and features.
• Ensure scalability, performance, security and maintainability of solutions.
• Participate in project planning, estimation and risk management.
• Create architecture documentation and technical design documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as a Solution Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform, Flow, Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and Agile methodologies.
• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, Data Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, Development Lifecycle & Deployment Architect, and Technical Architect.
