Scrum Master & PMO

About the role

We are looking for a Scrum Master/PMO who will act as an agile leader while supporting the Project Management Office. You will partner with development teams, product owners and senior leadership to deliver high‑value software solutions and embed best‑practice project governance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coach teams and the wider organization on Agile and Scrum principles.
• Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritisation.
• Track, analyse and communicate team metrics and progress.
• Develop and maintain PMO methodologies, templates and tools.
• Establish project governance frameworks and ensure compliance.
• Monitor portfolio performance, conduct health checks and risk assessments.
• Maintain resource allocation, capacity planning and budget tracking.
• Facilitate project status meetings and steering‑committee reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Scrum Master.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a PMO or project‑management role.
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; SAFe certification is a plus.
