Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to lead our SEO initiatives at Creative Chaos. The role focuses on improving organic rankings, optimizing website health, and managing paid search campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to boost organic visibility.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO experts.
• Conduct keyword research and oversee on‑page optimization for landing pages, blogs and website content.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Coordinate off‑page activities such as link‑building and forum engagement.
• Analyze traffic, rankings, clicks and other metrics, producing regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with the Social Media team on SEO‑driven marketing campaigns.
• Manage pay‑per‑click (PPC) campaigns to ensure optimal performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in a software house, e‑commerce or agency environment.
• Demonstrated track record of successful SEO projects; candidates must provide portfolio websites.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent project‑management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
