Security Specialist – Corporate Security Lead

About the role

The Security Specialist will act as the primary liaison between plant management and the Corporate Security Department, ensuring effective communication, supervision, and response for security operations across CCI sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of all security staff, including site supervisors, guards, female patrollers, and CCTV operators.
• Serve as the interface between plant management and Corporate Security, resolving site issues amicably.
• Maintain regular communication with senior management through meetings, updates, and training sessions.
• Record and submit daily security operation reports in the agreed format.
• Lead incident response management and act as the security lead for the territory.
• Conduct and coordinate security and fire‑fighting training for guard forces and CCI staff.
• Manage monthly invoices, vendor HR files, and maintain security vendor data.
• Oversee 24/7 CCTV system operation, ensure UPS backup, and coordinate camera functionality with plant management.
• Ensure fire alarm panels are installed, manned, and functional at all times.
• Inspect weapons bi‑monthly and ensure alternate power supplies for security equipment.
• Monitor guard patrols, report safety non‑compliances, and compile weekly reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in military, security agencies, or related companies.

Required skills

• CCTV system management and 24/7 monitoring.
• Incident response coordination.
• Security and fire‑fighting training delivery.
• Handling security vendor invoices and HR documentation.
