About the role

The Seller Partner Manager drives SAP Cloud subscription revenue through partners across the SAP portfolio, including S/4HANA, RISE/GROW, HCM, BTP, SCM, CX and AI. The role focuses on sales execution, demand generation, pipeline growth and revenue delivery within designated territories, acting as the central point of contact between SAP and its partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Revenue & Sales Execution: Own partner revenue targets, manage forecasts and pipeline health, drive net‑new customer acquisition and expansion within the installed base, and conduct joint account planning.
  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Development: Define and execute joint demand‑generation plans, leverage MDF and SAP marketing programs, align campaigns with SAP go‑to‑market priorities and track pipeline creation and conversion rates.
  • Business Planning & Performance Management: Lead annual and quarterly business planning, set revenue and pipeline goals, monitor performance against commitments and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner Leadership & Governance: Act as trusted advisor to partner executives, coordinate internal SAP stakeholders to accelerate revenue, and ensure compliance with SAP policies.
