Senior Amazon Brand Manager – PPC & Growth

About the role

GNO Partners is seeking a Senior Amazon Brand Manager to drive growth for high‑performing 7‑ and 8‑figure Amazon brands. You will own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution across paid advertising, organic ranking, pricing and profit optimisation, working remotely with a fully distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and continuously optimise Amazon PPC campaigns, managing budgets, bids and keyword harvesting according to proven SOPs.
• Conduct deep search‑query analysis, keyword research and clustering to improve organic rankings and enhance product listings (titles, bullets, A+ content).
• Develop and test pricing, coupons, deals and bundle offers to increase conversion rate while protecting margins.
• Analyse brand P&L, optimise ad spend and Amazon fees, and maintain healthy contribution margins.
• Coordinate inventory planning, restock limits and resolve catalog issues such as suppressions or variation mismatches.
• Gather competitive intelligence using tools like DataDive and Helium10 and deliver weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 4–5 + years managing or consulting Amazon brands with at least $3 M annual revenue.
• Proven ability to improve ACOS, CVR and organic rank through integrated PPC, SEO and pricing strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reading and influencing P&L statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, self‑starter attitude and comfort working remotely.
