Senior Business Analyst II

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst II to bridge the gap between business users and the development team. You will gather requirements, create detailed specifications, and ensure smooth delivery of IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to identify and document functional requirements.
• Produce logical and physical specifications, workflow diagrams, business rules, data‑mapping spreadsheets and wire‑frames.
• Develop UML artefacts such as Use Case, Activity and Sequence diagrams.
• Write Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and obtain stakeholder approval.
• Act as liaison between users, developers and QA, coordinating change management, end‑user training and UAT.
• Monitor project schedules, support day‑to‑day IT operations and drive continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in business analysis or a related discipline.
• Proven experience with SDLC, agile methodologies and cross‑functional team collaboration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to create detailed functional specifications.
