Senior Inventory Controller

About the role

Metal Formings Pvt (Ltd) is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Inventory Controller to lead inventory operations in Lahore. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, reducing discrepancies, and supporting the broader supply‑chain process.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid overstock or stockouts.
• Oversee daily inventory activities, including order processing and stock control.
• Maintain accurate records using SAP IMS and other inventory systems.
• Conduct regular stock audits and promptly reconcile discrepancies.
• Plan and coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for forecasting and supply‑chain support.
• Supervise a team of three inventory staff, providing guidance and training.
• Generate reports on inventory status, movements, and performance metrics for senior management.
• Use Excel and Word for reporting, data analysis, and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a small team.
• Detail‑oriented with a proven track record of reducing stock discrepancies.
