Senior Lecturer – Management Sciences (Remote)

About the role

Riphah International University seeks a motivated Senior Lecturer in Management Sciences to join its faculty on a remote basis. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching, supporting curriculum development, and contributing to the university’s research output.

Key responsibilities

• Meet annual targets set by the Head of Department and Dean/Director.
• Teach assigned courses in accordance with the faculty workload policy.
• Develop learning materials, schemes of work, and maintain records of student progress, attendance, and achievement.
• Create module information packs, assignments, and examination questions.
• Assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and supervise projects, field trips, and placements.
• Employ innovative teaching strategies and facilitate experiential learning.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with academic and industry colleagues.
• Publish research in impact‑factor or Scopus‑indexed journals.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Ph.D. program with coursework completed.
• Minimum four years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, including at least two years of lecturing.
• At least two publications in HEC‑recognized journals.
• MS/M.Phil degree in HR, Finance, Marketing, Healthcare, Project Management, Islamic Business and Finance, or Business Analytics.
