Senior Manager – Finance PMO

About the role

PTCL is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Finance PMO function. The role will drive enterprise‑wide finance transformation, digitalisation, performance management, governance and cost optimisation across multiple entities. Acting as a strategic partner, the manager will provide consolidated financial insights and executive reporting to senior leadership and the Board.

Key responsibilities

• Lead governance, coordination and delivery of finance transformation and strategic initiatives.
• Drive finance automation, ERP enhancements, reporting solutions and process‑transformation projects.
• Deliver financial analysis, management reporting and actionable insights to support the CFO and executive decision‑making.
• Lead cost‑optimisation initiatives and monitor realisation of financial benefits across the business.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, SOPs and processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Provide strategic advisory, analytical support and cross‑functional coordination to the CFO and senior management.

Required profile

• Professional qualification: CA, ACCA, ACMA or MBA‑Finance.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong business understanding and competency in PMO, project governance, finance processes, controls, data analytics, cost optimisation, financial modelling, finance transformation, ERP and digitalisation.
