Senior Manager IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations will lead enterprise IT operations across Microsoft 365, identity, collaboration, endpoint management, cloud services, security platforms, infrastructure services, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery. The role is responsible for operational governance, service reliability, modernization initiatives, compliance support, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement across business‑critical IT platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, licensing, access controls and service troubleshooting.
• Lead identity and security operations including Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, federation, privileged access, Microsoft Defender, Sentinel and XDR.
• Oversee infrastructure, virtualization and cloud platforms such as Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, SQL Server, Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware, Hyper‑V, Nutanix and AWS.
• Drive service delivery, incident resolution, root‑cause analysis, disaster‑recovery readiness, compliance alignment and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, Microsoft cloud, identity, collaboration, security and operations management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to lead major migrations, infrastructure modernization, compliance initiatives and cross‑functional technical teams.
