Senior Manager Organizational Development & Culture

About the role

This senior position leads the design, implementation and continuous improvement of core Organizational Development pillars, including performance management, talent management, learning and capability development, and HR digital transformation. The role ensures the organization builds a high‑performing, future‑ready workforce aligned with strategic business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and govern talent review frameworks, succession pipelines and leadership readiness plans to ensure business continuity and future leadership capability.
• Develop and implement a Learning & Development framework that translates business priorities into integrated learning solutions, leveraging modern platforms such as LinkedIn Learning and Coursera.
• Lead the Performance Management framework, driving transparent, merit‑based processes, goal setting, reviews and analytics to support talent decisions.
• Drive HR digital transformation by embedding AI‑enabled solutions, automation and data‑driven practices across all HR processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing talent management and succession planning structures.
• Track record of creating and scaling learning ecosystems aligned with emerging technologies (5G, Cloud, AI).
• Strong background in performance management systems and workforce analytics.
• Experience leading HR innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
