Senior Meta Media Buyer (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Meta Media Buyer to join a profitable, founder‑owned DTC portfolio of three brands in personalized gifting and home décor. You will work directly with the Head of Media Buying, managing high‑spend Meta campaigns and driving growth through data‑driven experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Daily campaign management across three Meta ad accounts (baseline $50K/day, peak $200‑250K/day).
• Identify non‑obvious patterns and translate them into scalable strategies.
• Build‑outs, audience testing, creative testing, and budget rebalancing.
• Achieve ROAS / MER targets and report performance daily/weekly.
• Mentor junior buyers as you grow into a leadership role.

Required profile

• 3+ years running Meta advertising for DTC brands (brand‑side or agency).
• Personally managed accounts with spend of $10K+/day.
• Fluent with analytics platforms such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, or equivalents.
• Availability to overlap with European working hours.
• Experience scaling Meta spend past $100K/day is a plus.
• Background in personalized gifting, home décor, or print categories is advantageous.
