Senior Product Designer

About the role

PLC Group is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design evolution of its global enterprise SaaS ecosystem from the Islamabad hub. This hybrid leadership position blends hands‑on design work in Figma with mentorship of the local design team, ensuring world‑class standards across complex B2B workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Architect systemic logic, information architecture, and core system dynamics for modular, progressive‑disclosure interfaces.
• Own end‑to‑end user experiences for multi‑thousand‑node SaaS workflows, turning ambiguous technical problems into development‑ready designs.
• Maintain and expand design tokens, variable libraries, and Figma auto‑layout governance for developer‑ready handoffs.
• Conduct design reviews, provide structural feedback, and build scalable DesignOps capabilities within the local team.
• Collaborate with global engineering pods, data architects, product owners, and business leaders to align design structures with enterprise SaaS metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in SaaS, enterprise‑level digital ecosystems, or data‑management platforms.
• Proven track record as a systems thinker, building scalable product architectures, layout engines, and complex user flows.
• Advanced mastery of Figma governance, including components, auto‑layout, and tokenized style systems.
• Experience mentoring designers and championing pixel‑perfect standards.
