Senior Product Designer

About the role

PakWheels is seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of user‑centric digital experiences across its web and mobile platforms. You will own the end‑to‑end design process, collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, and mentor junior designers while shaping scalable design systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full product design lifecycle from user research and discovery to high‑fidelity UI and implementation.
• Translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to validate design decisions.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy and prioritize features.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UX standards across products.
• Leverage product analytics, user feedback, and experimentation to continuously optimize performance.
• Facilitate design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor other Product Designers.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and customer‑centric design principles.
• Utilize AI‑powered design tools to improve workflows, ideation, prototyping, and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product, UX/UI, or digital product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end projects and measurable business impact.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma, including design systems, prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
• Strong understanding of UX research, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to use product analytics and user insights to make data‑driven design decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Preferred experience designing for marketplaces, e‑commerce, fintech, SaaS, or other consumer‑facing digital products.
