Senior SEO & AEO Specialist (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO & AEO Specialist to lead organic growth and AI‑powered search visibility for our fintech, healthcare, SaaS or technology products. The role works the night shift (9 pm – 6 am) on‑site in Johar Town, collaborating closely with content, product and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Perform technical SEO audits to improve crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, site architecture and structured data.
• Optimize on‑page elements such as content, metadata, headings, internal linking and keyword targeting.
• Enhance visibility in AI‑driven search features like featured snippets, People Also Ask and answer engines.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, SERP and content‑gap research.
• Manage link‑building campaigns and monitor backlink profiles.
• Track organic traffic, rankings, conversions and AI/search visibility metrics.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm updates, AI search developments and SEO/AEO best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Industry experience in at least one of: FinTech, Medical Billing/Healthcare, SaaS, or Technology/Devices.
• Strong background in technical SEO, on‑page SEO, off‑page SEO and AEO.

Required skills

• Technical SEO, On‑Page SEO, Off‑Page SEO, AEO.
• Google Search Console and GA4.
• SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog (or similar tools).
• Understanding of search intent, keyword strategy, structured data and AI‑driven search.
