Senior SEO Expert – Lead Advanced Search Optimization

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Senior SEO Expert to lead and execute advanced search engine optimization strategies. You will improve organic visibility, drive traffic, generate leads and boost search rankings for our digital properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic performance.
• Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor and market trend analysis.
• Optimize site architecture, content, metadata, internal linking and page speed.
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve crawling, indexing, mobile usability and Core Web Vitals issues.
• Monitor traffic, rankings and KPIs using analytics tools and produce regular performance reports.
• Manage local, international and eCommerce SEO initiatives.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, designers and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices.
• Design high‑quality backlink strategies and oversee off‑page SEO.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and adapt tactics accordingly.
• Mentor junior SEO staff and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications or related field.
• 6–8+ years of proven SEO and digital‑marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of search‑engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Hands‑on experience with major SEO tools and platforms.
