Senior SEO Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO professional to own and drive our organic growth strategy. As Senior SEO Lead you will shape the roadmap across technical, on‑page, content and emerging AI search initiatives, turning search visibility into measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall SEO strategy and roadmap.
• Lead technical SEO audits, site architecture, internal linking, crawlability and indexation improvements.
• Conduct keyword research, search‑intent analysis and guide content strategy.
• Perform competitor, SERP and content‑gap analyses.
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush and Screaming Frog.
• Collaborate with Content, Marketing, Product and Development teams to implement initiatives.
• Track SEO KPIs and translate data into actionable growth plans.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates, AI Search, AEO and GEO trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven record of growing organic traffic, rankings and conversions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect SEO performance to business outcomes.
• Experience working closely with developers and cross‑functional teams.
