Senior SEO, PPC & Digital Growth Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a senior SEO, PPC & Digital Growth Specialist to lead integrated search and paid‑media strategies that drive measurable business growth. This remote, full‑time position requires a hands‑on professional who can translate data into actionable campaigns and deliver qualified leads for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to fix issues.
• Lead advanced on‑page SEO, including keyword mapping, content optimisation, internal linking, schema, Core Web Vitals and EEAT best practices.
• Plan and execute ethical link‑building and digital authority campaigns.
• Develop SEO strategies based on competitor research, keyword opportunities and business objectives.
• Create and manage keyword strategies and content plans that drive qualified traffic.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max and Remarketing with a focus on ROI.
• Plan and optimise paid social campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Configure and analyse GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs and Looker Studio to generate insights.
• Produce detailed reports, dashboards and executive presentations with clear recommendations.
• Monitor website performance, user behaviour and conversion funnels to improve lead generation.
• Collaborate with developers, designers and content teams to deliver integrated digital marketing strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of practical SEO, PPC and digital marketing experience.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge (crawling, indexing, site architecture, redirects, structured data, page speed, Core Web Vitals).
• Proven track record managing successful Google Ads and paid‑social campaigns.
• Ability to present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
