Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end hiring processes for a global technology leader. Working remotely, you will oversee a distributed recruitment team, drive data‑focused improvements and ensure a seamless candidate experience across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable talent acquisition workflows that accelerate sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and cross‑functional leaders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Analyse hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements to reduce time‑to‑fill.
• Oversee the configuration, deployment and maintenance of applicant tracking systems and related recruitment technologies.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to deliver cost‑effective hiring solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing talent acquisition operations for global organisations.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with the ability to prioritise across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in international recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating internal teams and external vendors.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency using HR analytics tools for data‑driven decision making.
