About the role

We are partnering with a global technology leader to find a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager who will own end‑to‑end hiring processes and drive efficiency across multiple business units. This fully remote, full‑time position offers the chance to shape scalable recruitment workflows and work with cutting‑edge talent acquisition technology.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable talent acquisition workflows to streamline candidate sourcing and onboarding.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Analyze hiring metrics and performance data to identify process improvements and reduce time‑to‑fill.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to ensure cost‑effective hiring solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing talent acquisition operations for global or distributed teams.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making ability and project management skills.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in international hiring.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
