Senior Truck Dispatcher – US Trucking (On‑Site, Islamabad)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Truck Dispatcher with hands‑on experience in the U.S. trucking industry. The role is based on‑site in Islamabad and focuses on dispatching U.S.-based drivers and managing relationships with U.S. brokers and carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch U.S. drivers (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Hotshot) daily.
• Book loads through U.S. load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.
• Negotiate rates with U.S. brokers and shippers.
• Plan efficient routes and manage driver schedules.
• Track loads and provide real‑time updates.
• Handle detention, layover, TONU, and lumper issues.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. DOT Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
• Maintain strong broker and carrier relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years proven U.S. truck dispatch experience.
• Practical knowledge of U.S. trucking operations and terminology.
• Experience working with U.S. time zones and clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple trucks.
• Familiarity with ELD systems and U.S. compliance standards.
