Senior Visual Designer

About the role

Nectar Social is building an AI‑native social operating system and is expanding its Lahore team. We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to shape the visual presence of the brand across digital, marketing, internal, and external touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality visual assets for digital, print, social media, and brand‑related use cases.
• Design marketing and employer‑branding materials such as social posts, hiring campaigns, event collateral, and internal communications.
• Develop and maintain Nectar’s visual identity for Pakistan‑based initiatives.
• Produce presentation decks, one‑pagers, posters, banners, standees, and other branded collateral.
• Design office and event branding elements, including signage, merchandise, welcome kits, and promotional assets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into polished visual outputs while ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage multiple design projects from brief to final delivery, meeting deadlines.
• Introduce fresh ideas and creative direction to enhance Nectar’s visual impact.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in visual, graphic, or brand design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑quality work across digital and/or print formats.
• Deep understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition, and brand consistency.
• Experience designing for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and branded collateral.
• Comfortable using AI‑powered creative tools to accelerate design, visual exploration, motion graphics, and video production.
