SEO & Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Encyphers is looking for a skilled SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to lead and optimise our online presence. You will own the strategy, execution and performance measurement of SEO, PPC and off‑page initiatives, driving traffic, rankings and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including guest posting, outreach and link‑building.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimisation and technical SEO audits.
• Monitor website performance with Google Analytics and other tools, identifying growth opportunities.
• Create, manage and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Set up and maintain tracking tags, pixels and scripts using Google Tag Manager.
• Implement local SEO tactics, including Google My Business optimisation.
• Manage online reputation on platforms such as Yelp and Trustpilot.
• Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices.
• Produce regular performance reports on SEO, PPC and key metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred).
