Showroom Sales Representative – Furniture

About the role

Hassan Brothers Pvt. Ltd., a well‑established furniture manufacturer and retailer, is looking for a dynamic Showroom Sales Representative to engage customers, advise on furniture solutions, and drive in‑store revenue. The role is based on‑site in Islamabad and operates on a morning shift.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors to the showroom, understand their needs and present suitable furniture configurations.
• Explain product specifications, materials and finishes, and prepare accurate quotations.
• Process sales orders, coordinate with production and logistics teams to schedule deliveries.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Maintain showroom displays, merchandising standards and inventory records.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and report weekly activity to management.

Required profile

• Proven retail or showroom sales experience, preferably in furniture or home‑decor.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Basic numeracy for quotations, payments and sales record keeping.
• Fluent in Urdu and conversational English.
• Willingness to learn internal order‑processing and logistics coordination.
• Preferred: prior experience specifically in furniture sales.
