Site Supervisor

About the role

Architects World, a private limited firm in Lahore, is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on‑site activities. The role ensures construction progresses according to approved drawings, schedules, and quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and labor.
• Verify work against approved drawings, specifications, and project instructions.
• Monitor workmanship, material usage, measurements, and compliance with safety practices.
• Track progress, identify delays or technical issues, and report updates to management and design teams.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and site access.
• Maintain accurate site records, inspection notes, progress reports, and photographic documentation.
• Assist in resolving execution problems and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience supervising construction or architectural projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, finishing work, and quality checks.
• Strong coordination skills for managing contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project representatives.
• Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and basic compliance requirements.
