SOC Analyst – Cybersecurity Operations

About the role

Software Finder is looking for a motivated SOC Analyst to join its Cybersecurity Operations team. You will continuously monitor, detect, investigate, and respond to security threats across the company’s infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts using Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike Falcon, InsightIDR, or similar platforms.
• Investigate and respond to incidents across Windows, Linux/Unix, cloud, network, and application environments.
• Perform alert triage, prioritization, escalation, and false‑positive/negative analysis.
• Analyze logs from servers, endpoints, firewalls, cloud services, and email security solutions.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting using threat intelligence, IOCs, and behavioral analytics.
• Manage and optimize endpoint security tools, including policy configuration and integration.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, and application teams to contain and remediate incidents.
• Support digital forensics, vulnerability assessments, penetration‑testing activities, and compliance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a SOC Analyst or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike Falcon, InsightIDR, or equivalent SIEM platforms.
• Practical knowledge of endpoint detection and response, firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and email security solutions.
