Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative, trend‑aware Social Media Manager to become the go‑to expert for our fast‑growing e‑commerce brand. You will bring the brand to life online by conceptualising, creating and posting engaging content, growing our audience and interacting with followers in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and post content that captures attention and stops users mid‑scroll.
• Own our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts from strategy through execution.
• Produce short videos/reels, photos, carousels, stories and engagement posts that boost brand visibility.
• Generate fresh, product‑driven ideas and stay ahead of digital trends, experimenting with AI tools, filters and new video formats.
• Track performance, report insights regularly and use data to continuously refine the content and posting strategy.
• Understand that sales are directly linked to the quality of content.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating high‑quality, engaging content for a B2C brand.
• Demonstrated success managing social accounts with a portfolio of campaigns.
• Strong visual creation abilities (graphics, photos, video).
• Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with AI‑based content generators (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway) is a huge plus.
• Creative self‑starter capable of meeting deadlines independently.
• Experience in social media analytics and reporting.
• Proficient with G‑Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in social media, design, e‑commerce or a related field.
