About the role

HG Marketing, a Lahore‑based podcast agency, is seeking a detail‑oriented Social Media Manager to oversee end‑to‑end podcast execution for multiple B2B clients. The role focuses on quality control, publishing, scheduling, client communication, and workflow management across audio, video, and written assets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough quality checks on podcast videos, audio files, show notes, articles, clips, and thumbnails using structured checklists.
• Identify errors, compliance issues, and brand mismatches before final approval.
• Schedule and publish episodes on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other platforms, managing metadata such as titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps, and thumbnails.
• Maintain content calendars for episodes, clips, and related assets.
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients, communicating updates, timelines, and feedback.
• Coordinate internal teams (editors, writers, designers) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track asset movement from raw files through editing, QA, publishing, and client delivery, meeting deadlines and flagging bottlenecks.
• Follow and improve SOPs, QA checklists, and workflow documentation.

• Enjoys systems, structure, and quality control.
• Takes ownership and accountability seriously.
• Can manage multiple clients independently without hand‑holding.
• Thrives in fast‑moving, deadline‑driven environments.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and podcast hosting platforms.
• Experience with content operations and media quality assurance.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range PKR 70,000 – 85,000 (based on experience).
