Software Engineer – Human Data Platforms (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join a global leader in data infrastructure and analytics. The position is fully remote and focuses on designing, building, and maintaining scalable platforms that process human‑generated datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise data pipelines for large‑scale human‑generated data.
• Develop and maintain backend services supporting real‑time and batch processing.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to guarantee platform reliability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions that improve scalability and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience with distributed systems and large‑scale data processing.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑based data infrastructure and security best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with containerisation and orchestration tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
