About the role
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Sourcing Merchandiser to join its Lahore office. You will lead the sourcing team to ensure product programs are executed on time, meet brand standards, and achieve cost efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Source, develop and manage products from development through shipment according to seasonal calendars.
- Create short‑ and long‑term sourcing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Ensure contractors comply with Levi’s standards and can meet sourcing requirements.
- Provide rapid, effective customer service, problem‑solve, and deliver market intelligence.
- Deliver samples and bulk products that meet LS&CO aesthetic and physical specifications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Foundational experience in apparel (tops/knits) or sourcing.
- Strong written and spoken English communication.
- Team player with excellent organization, coordination, and time‑management abilities.
- Flexible, able to multitask, and quick to learn.
