Store Executive / Store Keeper – Healthcare Inventory Management

About the role
We are looking for a structured and detail‑oriented Store Executive/Store Keeper to manage the inventory of medical devices, instruments and implants. The role involves handling daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate SAP Business One records, and supporting audit activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily receiving, issuing, labeling and safe storage of medical products.
- Record all transactions (goods receipts, issues, transfers, returns) in SAP Business One.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare dispatch documentation, coordinate inter‑branch transfers and align with head office for stock refilling.
- Monitor product expiration dates and enforce strict store discipline.
Required profile
- Education: B.Com or Intermediate.
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience using SAP Business One in inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and effective coordination ability.
