Store Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Store Officer to manage our on‑site warehouse at the Accurate factory in Sundar Estates. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, ensuring accurate material issuance, and supporting production through effective inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store and warehouse operations efficiently.
• Perform issuance of production materials through the SIN system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and operations departments.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of materials.
• Monitor loaders and store staff activities.
• Handle official emails and communications related to store operations.
• Support internal audits and stock verification processes.
• Prepare and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and GRNs.
• Maintain invoice records and match them with material receiving records.
• Conduct monthly inventory audits and physical stock verification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5‑6 years of progressively responsible experience in inventory control or a related field.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
